👚 WEAR: Comfortable Clothing for your stay, Robes are provided in your room.  You can wear a robe during your entire stay if you desire ☺️ or comfy clothes - your choice.

🔥 AMENITIES: During your stay, you have access to the Infrared Sauna & Infrared Bio-Mat.  These services are located on the first floor of Waves along with the lobby at Waves there are mini library, foot massager, and vibration plate for you to use.

🍳 KITCHEN: You have a full kitchen to use during your stay - you can bring food items and use at your leisure. I will have filtered 9.5ph water in jugs in the kitchen for you to use as drinking water for your stay.  

🚿 BATH: You have a private bathroom to use during your stay.  Towels, Linens, and basic toiletries such as Shower Wash, Shampoo, & Conditioner are provided.

🛌 BEDROOM: This retreat center is designed to be a place of rest, relaxation, & rejuvenation.  In your room binder there is information on how to "rest" as well as local area information.  There is an introduction to writing/journaling prompts in your room binder as well if you would like to write while you are here.

🌲 LAND: You are welcome to roam around anywhere on the property.  I (Terrish) live on the property on the grounds level out back with my 2 cats (Sparky, white cat) (Sweet Pea, black cat).  We work in harmony with the land & all the creatures that pass by or take a rest on this land.  The Land is here to assist you in any healing or support you would like to ask for support with.  The cats are very proud protectors of the land as well.

Additional thoughts:  Some guest love to explore the area, Some guest love to cocoon & rest and relax during their stay.  My suggestion is come with no agenda and let your heart and intuition lead your way through your stay.
